For Individuals (Non-Audit Cases)

  • Normal Due Date: 31st July 2026
  • Belated Return: 31st December 2026
  • Revised Return: 31st December 2026

For Businesses (Audit Cases)

  • Normal Due Date: 30th September 2026
  • Belated Return: 31st December 2026

For Transfer Pricing Cases

Who Needs to File ITR?

Mandatory Filing

  • Individuals: Gross income exceeds Rs 2.5 lakhs (old regime) or Rs 3 lakhs (new regime)
