Success Tips from LFS Loans

Tip 1: Start with Smaller Amount

If you’re a new business, start with Rs 10-25 lakhs. Build repayment track record, then apply for larger amounts.

Tip 2: Use Existing Banking Relationship

Apply through your current bank where you have salary account or business account. They already know your banking history.

Tip 3: Get MSME Registration First

Udyam registration is mandatory for CGTMSE. It’s free and can be done online in 10 minutes.

Tip 4: Prepare for Bank Interview

Bank manager will ask about your business model, revenue, and repayment capacity. Be prepared with clear answers.

Tip 5: Don’t Apply to Multiple Banks Simultaneously

Each application creates a hard inquiry. Apply to 2-3 banks maximum.
